Tates Creek Centre South Shopping Center, Lexington, KY
GRW provided engineering design services for a 15-acre shopping center development in southwest Lexington, KY. Work included surveys, mapping, drawings and specifications, and construction administration.
GRW worked closely with the developer and the anchor store tenant to develop a unique shopping center with several out-lots. Successful completion of the mixed-use development also required working closely with the local government planners for a new collector street and mitigation for adjacent flood plain.
