Joe Pavoni Promoted to New Leadership Role

GRW has named Joe Pavoni, PE, LEED AP, Associate DBIA, manager of the firm's Kentucky Water Resources Division. Joe, a 19-year GRW employee, has more than 23 years of water and wastewater engineering experience; he also has managed GRW’s Louisville office for more than five years. Joe has both bachelor's and master’s degrees in civil engineering from the University of Kentucky, and stays educated on emerging and evolving industry topics - like design-build and P3. For example, he served as engineering project manager of Kentucky's first water-sector based public-private partnership (P3) a new wastewater treatment plant for the City of Brandenburg, KY. Joe also is a graduate of the Kentucky's Leadership PE program, and has served as past president and led several committees for the Clean Water Professionals of Kentucky & Tennessee.
