Robert C. Byrd Federal Courthouse and IRS Complex

Work for this project included design and construction services for the Phase I excavation, shoring and existing utility relocations in support of Phase II building construction.  Phase II design and construction services included all site civil and site structural engineering, and landscape architectural design including site grading and drainage, storm and sanitary sewage systems, retaining walls, underground electric and communication systems, natural gas supply, potable water and fire services, roads, parking facilities, pedestrian circulation, and site security enhancements.
