FibroTex Manufacturing Facility Renovation and Expansion

As the lead designer on this design-build project, GRW provided services to renovate and expand a total of 80,000 SF for a textile manufacturing facility in Stearns, KY. The owner, Fibrotex, develops and manufactures military-grade, multispectral camouflage systems and advanced personal apparel. For this fast-track project, GRW  provided architectural, civil/site, structural, electrical, and mechanical design services.  Our work included coordinating the placement and utilities serving the advanced textile manufacturing equipment.
