For the Georgia Air National Guard (ANG), GRW prepared the site master plan, and final plans and specifications for the development of a new, $27.5 million base for the 116th Wing's transition from F-15 Fighters to B-1B Bombers and their corresponding move from Dobbins ARB to Robins AFB, GA.

The long range planning of this new ANG installation can accommodate 16 B-1B Bombers and the associated facilities necessary to support mission requirements. GRW was responsible for the siting of all new facilities and obtaining approval from all involved agencies.
