GRW has extensive experience with equine architecture planning, design and construction. GRW's planning process includes land use planning, environmental concerns, vehicular and pedestrian circulation patterns, and utility infrastructure needs. The GRW team that develops a master plan for your project is typically the same team that implements the plan, proceeding through preliminary design, construction drawings and specifications, as well as construction management. Because of our extensive experience in the equine industry, we are well aware of critical design issues: lighting, ventilation, materials selection, maneuvering clearances, fire evacuation and other safety concerns.
Furthermore, since 1964 GRW has been providing services to one of our very first clients, Keeneland, a leading Thoroughbred sales company and race course. With repeat clients providing more than 90 percent of GRW's current workload, we believe this is a testament to our business philosophy of providing close, personal service of high quality.
